*Australian delivery only, $99 excludes delivery/shipping fee, our new reduced AUD$5.00 delivery fee for all orders under $99. Australian delivery only; for international orders, shipping will be calculated and confirmed with you before your order is processed and despatched.
When will my order be despatched?
We aim to process and pack orders within 24 hours however due to high volumes of orders right now, we ask you to please allow 3-5 business days.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We use both couriers and Australia Post and estimate it will take between 5 to 10 business days for you to receive your order at this busy time, depending on your location. Express Post for is available for an additional charge, please check options when your order is processed or contact our office to enquire firstname.lastname@example.org or 03 9464 0888.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking number should be automatically provided to you upon order despatch. If you cannot locate your tracking number please contact our office email@example.com or 03 9464 0888 to request your tracking number or ask one of our friendly team to track your order for you. If your order has been shipped using Australia Post, you may enter your tracking number here https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search or you can contact Australia Post directly on 137 678.
Delivery address details are important.
If your parcel is being delivered to a business address, be sure to include the company name in addition to your name, on your order. If your parcel is being delivered to a private/home address, please provide instructions for a safe place to leave your order if the parcel will not fit in your mail box. To help your order reach your quickly, we may include your telephone number provided.
Not going to be home or missed your delivery?
Please look for a calling card from Fastway Couriers or Australia Post in your mail box and call the number provided. If you are concerned about your delivery, please contact us for support firstname.lastname@example.org or 03 9464 0888 Monday to Friday.
AROMABABY® Returns Policy
Our team always make every effort to ensure that your AROMABABY purchase arrives in perfect condition. Should, however, you experience any problem or have a query with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com or 03 9464 0888.
If you would like to make a claim relating to your order for any errors or for a product that may have been damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your goods on firstname.lastname@example.org or 03 9464 0888. If an item has been damaged in transit, please help us by taking a photo with your phone. Attach this image to your email so we may follow up and take any further steps to improve our processes. When the returned goods have been received at our warehouse, we shall either credit the relevant charges or replace the items. Be sure to always inspect your goods before opening and using them. Any returned goods received by us, even in the event of an order error, shall only be credited if the goods are unopened and remain in their original condition.
